High-Density Polyethylene Sun Shade Sail

Thick Material: Our sun shade sail is made from high-quality virgin High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) fabric. It undergoes rigorous testing, with 20,000 hours of laboratory testing proving it to be 80% more durable than low-purity HDPE under sun exposure. The fabric surface has been specially treated for greater durability under both sunlight and rain.

Sun Blockage: Our sun shade sail blocks up to 95% of harmful direct sunlight, making it ideal for patios, swimming pools, balconies, and carports. The breathable fabric allows water and air to pass through freely, ensuring no water pooling on rainy days and no maintenance required.

Strong Structure: All edges are constructed with heavy-duty double-layered reinforced stitched seams, preventing frayed edges and maintaining its shape. Each corner comes with a D-ring for easy hanging, and extra heavy stitching ensures the D-rings are securely attached to the shade sail.

Curved Edges: All edges have been finished with slight curvature to ensure the shade sail can be stretched tightly and prevent the middle from sagging. Available options also include straight-edged sunshade sails.

Installation: Measure from D ring to D ring, leaving 1.5-2 feet of space for the hardware kit between the shade sail's D ring and mounting points. For optimal performance and appearance, we highly recommend using Patio Paradise hardware kits and cables.
